Welcome to BeWell Medicare. By using our services—including consultations, communications, and support—you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. 1. Our Services
BeWell Medicare provides:
  • Medicare insurance education and plan consultation
  • Enrollment assistance and support services
  • Ongoing communication for follow-up and plan updates
We are not a government agency. We work with clients to help them understand and navigate Medicare options.

2. Communication via RingCentral
We use RingCentral, a secure cloud communications platform, for:
  • Phone and video calls
  • SMS/text reminders or updates
  • Secure messaging related to your consultation or enrollment
By engaging with BeWell Medicare, you consent to receive communication through RingCentral. This includes automated appointment reminders, service updates, or responses to your inquiries.

  • End-to-end encryption for voice and video calls
  • Secure text and voicemail handling
  • Compliance with HIPAA and other data security standards

Acceptable Use of Communications
You agree to use our communication channels responsibly. You may not:
  • Harass or threaten our staff
  • Misuse RingCentral services to send spam or false information
  • Record or redistribute communication without written consent
We reserve the right to terminate services if misuse is suspected.

3. Appointment and Service Policies
Scheduling
Appointments can be scheduled via phone, online form, or email. You’ll receive confirmation and reminders via RingCentral.
Cancellation Policy
We request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. Missed appointments without notice may result in rescheduling delays.

4. Disclaimers and Limitations
  • Our services are advisory in nature and do not replace official government Medicare advice.
  • BeWell Medicare is not responsible for decisions made by third-party insurance providers.
  • Information shared during consultations is based on the latest available data but is not guaranteed to reflect future policy changes.

5. Privacy, Security & HIPAA Compliance
We take your privacy and personal information seriously. All communications and data handling comply with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA).

BeWell Medicare is committed to protecting your Personal Health Information (PHI). Any health-related data you share with us—verbally, in writing, or electronically—will be kept confidential and used only for the purposes of service delivery, coordination, and compliance. Communications conducted via RingCentral (including phone, video, voicemail, and secure text) are encrypted and meet HIPAA security standards.
We do not sell or disclose your information to unauthorized third parties. Access to your data is limited to authorized personnel involved in your care or coverage consultation.

6. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:

  • Use our services only for lawful, personal purposes
  • Respect staff and platform policies
