What We Offer...

There are a lot of different Medicare Plans to choose from...we help you find the right ones!

What do the different parts of Medicare do?

Medicare plans were designed to provide medical insurance for those 65 years old or older and younger people with disabilities.

For the most part, if you or your spouse worked and paid Medicare taxes for a minimum of 10 years, you qualify for Part A (hospital insurance) without paying any premiums (Medicare has an online eligibility tool you can check).

While Part A pays for hospital stays, Part B covers your doctor visits. While Part A is mostly free of charge, everyone pays for Part B if they need it, with the premiums being deducted from their Social Security, Railroad Retirement, or Civil Service Retirement check.

Part C is commonly called “Medicare Advantage” and gives people the opportunity to have health insurance plans like they are used to from the working years, with HMO and PPO options. Medicare Advantage options are administered through third-party companies, charge different out-of-pocket costs, and can have very different rules for how you get medical services. Medicare Advantage plans will generally encompass everything in Parts A and B, and many include Part D coverage, as well.

Since 2006, everyone who receives Medicare coverage also has had access to prescription drug coverage through Part D.

Medicare Advantage Coverage

We represent several companies for Medicare Plans coverage, including United Healthcare, Aetna, Cigna, BlueCross Blue Shield of Tennessee, BlueCross Blue Shield of Florida, Mutual of Omaha, Humana, and Silver Script. This gives us a good variety of Medicare Options.

We are licensed agents in Tennessee, Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Mississippi, South Carolina, North Carolina, Arizona, and Texas.

Health Insurance for Those Under 65

If you are under age 65 and don’t qualify for Medicare, BeWell Medicare offers health insurance through United Healthcare.

If you are looking for insurance for your company, we offer group benefits through Humana.

Final Expense Insurance

The average cost of a funeral is close to $10,000. Medical and legal bills contribute to “end of life” costs that exceed that. Taken together these “final expenses” can total well over $20,000. Instead of leaving all that financial burden to your surviving loved ones, we offer an affordable, easy-to-qualify-for Final Expense policy.
Final Expense policies generally require no medical exam and unless you have a serious pre-existing condition, you are very likely to qualify. Premiums are relatively low, approvals are quick, and the insurance never expires if you keep current on your payments.
Final Expense policies can be used to cover the costs of funeral arrangements—including embalming, casket, flowers, and services—burial costs—including cremation, burial plot, headstone, and interment—and outstanding medical, legal, or credit card bills.

Other Insurance Options

Life insurance is an excellent option for anyone looking to provide financial security for their loved ones. In the event of your passing, it can help your surviving family members manage end-of-life expenses, funeral costs, and ongoing living expenses, especially if your absence affects the family’s income. Life insurance ensures that your loved ones are protected from financial burdens during a difficult time.

No matter your age, we offer comprehensive insurance plans for dental, vision, and hearing needs, ensuring you have the coverage you need to maintain your health and well-being.

Even if you have strong health care coverage through your job, it’s worth considering supplemental insurance, particularly if you have a family history of certain diseases or illnesses. This additional coverage can provide critical protection against unexpected medical expenses related to cancer, heart disease, critical illnesses, and hospital stays, giving you peace of mind knowing you’re fully covered in case of emergencies.
